How to Make a Complaint

A friendly homeowner talking with a local mold inspector in a bright living room in Brentwood

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who contacts Givenpeak Mold Help to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Raise With Us

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you phoned or contacted Givenpeak Mold Help
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own estimates, pricing, test results, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work done in your home, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please know that Givenpeak Mold Help cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

How to Send Your Complaint

Email contact@givenpeak.boutique and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you dialed or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what you would like us to do

After You Write

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. If your state licenses mold assessors or remediators, the licensing agency may be able to help too.
